We offer a wide variety of payment options. We accept Vipps and Visa and MasterCard, Vipps through Stripe and Klarna. The total amount will be withdrawn from your account when your order completed and approved.

YOUR ORDER

Your order will be processed within one working day after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details.

PRICE, CUSTOMS AND CURRENCIES

Our prices are stated in the available currency in your market. Shipping within Norway is free. In case of shipping outside of Norway, an additional fee will be added to your bill. Our products are distributed from our warehouse in Trondheim, Norway. We do not take any responsibility for custom charges outside of Europe. Brok Hose is not responsible for any changes in the currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

DELIVERY TIME

We stribe to ensure you that you will receive your products as fast as possible. Inside of Norway, you will usually receive your products within two to five days.
You will receive a e- mail from us when your order is accepted, where you will find your order number. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us on support@brokhose.com and specify your name and order number and we will help you.

When ordering our products, you will be asked to submit some personal data. This information will not be sent to a third party, except to our distributor who needs your address so they can deliver your items to you.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your products within thirty days after receiving them. The products must be unused and never tried on, and the taggs must still me attached. The products must be returned in the same bag as you received them in. We do not accept damaged products. We will contact you as soon as we have received the products, and you can decide if you want a full refund or a new product. Customers must cover the chipping charges for the return and takes all the responsibility for the products and lost products during the return shipping.
Please contact us on support@brokhose.com and specify your order number, what product you are returning and why you are returning it (this will help us to improve our products). 

COMPLAINT POLICY

If you were to receive a damaged og wrongly packaged product, we will cover all shipping charges.
